“To Sherry Beck and the Management of the Holiday Inn Rapid City, I want to express my sincere thanks and kudos to the entire staff at the Holiday Inn. Dealing with a large group of people, let alone their dogs (and lots of them) is always a challenge. From the moment of my check in, to my check out the staff were welcoming, helpful and easy to work with. I work for Stonebridge Companies, in our Design and Construction Department, (management co of the DIA HI and HIX) and while I was not travelling on business, I still know a great team when I see it. I want to highlight the easy way Dave Heard along with other staff and their willingness to work with our group made my stay exceptional. After a very long day, the evening's event was running very late and many people had not eaten. One enterprising member of our group asked Dave if the restaurant would be open when we adjourned close to 10 pm. He quickly assessed the situation and arranged for it to do so.
