“I would just like to take a moment and tell you about the wonderful experience I have had working with Melissa Kogel. We came to Rapid for the State Cup soccer tournament and I am the "social coordinator" so need to plan team dinners/lunches etc. Well, getting 20 soccer parents to agree and to schedule around multiple children is sometimes a challenge to say the least. I had contacted Melissa and she gave me so many options to try and fit in with what we needed. She was patient and kind and went above and beyond what I expected. Unfortunately, we had too many team conflicts so were unable to utilize any of the options, but she was AWESOME and didn't make me feel guilty for having her do all the darn footwork with no outcome. We did have families that ate separately in the restaurant and I heard nothing but good comments about the food and the service, so it ended up working out.
The hotel stay was great, the sports breakfast for the families was awesome, just an overall SUPER“
